Elizabeth Stryker, LCSW (She/Her)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of A.C.E. Counseling. My focus is providing individual therapy to adults in need of additional support. I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and those navigating difficult interpersonal relationships or life transitions.
Through curiosity and exploration of our thoughts, feelings, and connections, I believe everyone has the ability to gain compassion for themselves, and a greater capacity to cope with what life throws at us.
As a social worker, and trauma-informed therapist, I strive to understand my clients as a whole, not just the symptoms and stressors they present with. I acknowledge the importance of one's experience and the complexity that sociocultural and political challenges may pose.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time outdoors and with my animals. I enjoy soaking in the sunshine, drinking iced coffee, and scrolling for hilarious memes.
