Elizabeth Stryker, LCSW (She/Her)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of A.C.E. Counseling. My focus is providing individual therapy to adults in need of additional support. I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, navigating difficult interpersonal relationships or life transitions. I believe everyone has the ability to gain a greater capacity to cope with what life throws at us.
I strive to understand my clients as a whole--not just the symptoms and stressors they present with. I acknowledge the importance of one's environment, relationships and circumstances. These things have influenced what's happening in your life, currently.
I received my undergrad from Montana State University. I ventured to New York City to get my Master's from New York University. I worked in NYC hospitals and the school system. I settled back in Bozeman in 2019, and I've been in private practice since 2021. Through my experience I've learned the importance of directness and compassion.
Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my horses and dogs. I enjoy sunny days, iced coffee, and binging the latest tv shows.
